This Shipping Policy explains how physical products purchased from Klearningkids are shipped and delivered.

1. Shipping Coverage

Klearningkids currently ships physical products across India.

Digital products such as worksheets and PDFs are delivered instantly via email and are not shipped physically.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All physical product orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other cities and towns: 4–7 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • Tracking details will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

  • You can use the tracking details to monitor delivery status.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct.

Klearningkids is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Unexpected circumstances beyond our control

We will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

8. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photo of the product

  • Description of the issue

We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
