Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Klearningkids. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Worksheets, PDFs, Printable Materials)

All digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds and cancellations are not allowed once:

  • The payment is completed, and

  • The download link has been provided.

This is because digital products cannot be returned.

However, refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same product

  • You did not receive the download link due to a technical issue

  • You received the wrong digital product

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

2. Physical Products (Books, Learning Kits, etc.)

You may request a refund or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged product, or

  • You received the wrong product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order details

  • Photo of the product

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will provide:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund, if replacement is not available

3. Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

Physical Products

Orders can be cancelled only if the order has not been shipped.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect email or address provided by customer

  • Failure to download the product

  • Delays caused by courier companies
