1. Digital Product Delivery (Worksheets, PDFs, Printable Materials)

Klearningkids offers digital educational products that are delivered electronically.

Delivery method:

  • Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment.

  • A download link will be available on the order confirmation page.

  • The download link will also be sent to your registered email address.

Delivery time:
Instant delivery (usually within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation).

Important notes:

  • No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

  • Please enter a valid email address at checkout.

  • If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

2. Physical Product Delivery (Books, Learning Kits, Educational Materials)

Physical products will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Order processing time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other locations: 4–7 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

3. Delivery Area

  • Physical products are delivered across India.

  • Digital products are available worldwide.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Digital products: No delivery charges

  • Physical products: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout

5. Order Tracking

For physical products:

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or phone once the order is shipped.

  • Customers can track their order using the provided tracking information.

6. Delivery Issues

Klearningkids is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Courier partner delays

  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery-related issues.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
